The Michigan Center for Adult College Success (The Center) contracted with Basis Policy Research to provide a third-party evaluation on the effectiveness of the MI-RAISE Design Lab. In addition, The Center created a white paper that incorporates the findings from the Basis Policy Research evaluation and the final reflections on the design lab from our partners. The white paper provides insights and lessons learned on how to best support colleges and universities in developing system change proposals to better serve learners.
