MI-LEARN was the Michigan Center for Adult College Success’s statewide implementation and scaling initiative supporting Michigan postsecondary institutions in adopting evidence-based strategies for adult learner success, advancing Governor Whitmer’s Sixty by 30 goal. This independent evaluation drew on 94 survey responses across seven convenings and nine stakeholder interviews conducted between January and April 2026.
